TTL is a boutique fashion brand dedicated to crafting high-quality, handmade pieces with care and precision. We operate on a drop model, creating each item only after an order is placed to minimize waste and promote mindful consumption. 

We encourage our valued customers to shop with care, as each piece is made-to-order, and we are unable to offer refunds. Your thoughtful support allows us to continue creating sustainably and consciously

Exchange Policy

If the size isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to exchange your item and return the original.

To begin your exchange, please reach out to us via email, and we’ll be happy to assist. You may choose a different size or opt for store credit which will be valid for 1 year. 

Exchange Criteria

To initiate your exchange, kindly email us at info@tamannathelabel.com with your order number. Please ensure the following criterias are met:

  • The item should be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • The item should be unworn and free of alterations, odours, and stains

Once we’ve confirmed that your exchange meets the criteria, we’ll promptly send the return address to you via email. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered parcels.

Defective or Damaged Items Policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible within 72 hours of receiving the order with photos of the issue and we will promptly assist you.

If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we can provide a replacement, refund, exchange, or store credit.

Our team will inspect the pieces before confirming your refund and it will be processed within 30 business days of us receiving the returned item. 

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error. Refunds will not include any duties or taxes.

Delivery

If you’d like your item by a specific date, please let us know as early as possible. We kindly ask that you keep in mind our creation process takes approximately 5-6 weeks. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, estimated delivery times are subject to production schedules and may vary. Please note that refunds are not available for missed delivery dates.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 5 hours of placing it. This allows us to manage the made-to-order process efficiently and minimize waste.
