YESSSS it's *THE* Dress from TikTok!!! After receiving countless messages - we have finally made it available!

Each dress made with this design will be a unique one of a kind piece that will be made according to your input on fabrics and measurements. To make the process a little easier, we have created an FAQ below for you to read before placing your order.

Our custom pieces are created with a lot of love and care so at this present moment we can only take limited orders. If you would like to secure one for yourself,  please place your order and we will be in touch with all the exciting next steps.

1. Fabric Options

After your order has been placed, we will source the fabric based on your colour preference and keep you in the loop for your approval at each step of the way.

If during the fabric sourcing phase you are not happy with the fabric options provided and we are unable to find a fabric of your choosing - you are more than welcome to request a refund.

2. Measurements

This dress will be custom made to your measurements. A detailed Measurements Form with a step-by-step picture guide will be sent to your email after checkout.

4. When can I expect to receive my outfit?

We're as eager as you are for the product to reach you! Our custom orders will take approximately 5-6 weeks for delivery from the date that measurements are received. 

If you require your order before the 5-6 week period or by a specific date, please make sure to get in touch with us via info@tamannathelabel.com so we can arrange this accordingly. We are more than happy to try to accomodate to your timeframe!

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yessss! We take pride in shipping our designs worldwide at a flat-rate of $15AUD per order.

6. Returns & Refunds

We do our best to be a sustainable and low waste company by creating our designs in limited quantities. Since our items are made according to individual measurements, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final sale.  If there is an issue at hand which you'd like to discuss, please contact our support team at info@tamannathelabel.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will work with you to resolve it. Our highest priority is to keep our valued customers happy!
