How do I customise my outfit?

Once a custom order is placed, a Measurements Form is sent to your email address which goes through step-by-step, all the details that are needed for us to create your outfit, including your measurements and any customisations you'd like to add to personalise your piece.

After you submit the form we will get in touch with you if we need to clarify any details to ensure the design fits like a glove!

Does it cost extra to customise my outfit?

No! We want you to be 100% comfortable in your TTL design, so please let us know how we can customise our fit to best suit you. We do not add anything to the price for adjustments to our ready to wear collections! Whether you need to add sleeves or make your blouse longer in length, we totally get it! If you need extra material inside a dress or a matching hijab or turban - we got you!

Can I adjust the height of the saris?

Yes! All our saris are made in-house so we are more than happy to adjust the height of our sari’s to suit your height. 

I have a specific blouse in mind for my sari, can you make it?

Yes! Please send through your inspo shots to us at info@tamannathelabel.com and we will closely with you to create your perfect blouse to compliment your sari. 

Do you sell blouses only?

Sorry! At this time we don't sell individual blouses. 

Help, I can’t figure out which sari colour will suit me!

I have a specific design in mind for my bridesmaids, can you make it?

We absolutely LOVE to make bridesmaids outfits. Whether it's making one of our designs in a different colour or creating a brand new design - we'd love to work with the vision you had in mind! Please get in touch with us at info@tamannathelabel.com and we can work with you to create your dream bridesmaids outfits.

How should I confirm my wedding order with you?

Wedding orders take extensive time to gather measurements, source materials, design & create the final pieces. We ask that you please confirm your order with us as soon as you can so that we are able to fit it into our yearly wedding orders pipeline.

When can I expect to receive my wedding orders?

During our initial consultation with you, we will confirm a timeframe and date of delivery so that you receive your parcel well in advance of your big day!

Where does TTL ship to?

TTL ships takes pride in shipping our designs worldwide!

What is the cost of shipping?

Our custom orders are shipped individually from our studio in Bangladesh to Australia & all other countries. Therefore a flat-rate of $15AUD will be applied to ensure item/s are sent according to each customer’s preferred timeline. 

This will equate to approximately: £7.5 / €9 / $10.5USD / $15AUD

How can I update my order?

Email us at info@tamannathelabel.com and if your order has not been created, we can adjust your order.

When can I expect to receive my package?

We're as eager as you are for the product to reach you! Our custom orders will take approximately 5-6 weeks for delivery from the date that measurements are received. 

If you require your order before the 5-6 week period or by a specific date, please make sure to get in touch with us via info@tamannathelabel.com so we can arrange this accordingly. We are more than happy to try to accomodate to your timeframe!

Please note COVID-19 has impacted shipping times and you may see some additional delays.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept return/exchange on non-customised full priced priced items within 14 days receipt of the delivery.

Made to Order (Final Sale)

We do our best to be an inclusive, sustainable, low waste company by custom creating a range of our designs. Since these items are made according to each customers unique measurements, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final saleIf there is an issue at hand which you'd like to discuss, please contact our support team at info@tamannathelabel.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will work with you to resolve it.
